SCP libsodium and and stable version of ZMQ to the Beaglebone

For both libsodium and ZMQ, run:

./configure
make
sudo make install
sudo ldconfig

Ensure zmq.h and zmq.hpp are in /usr/local/include

Ensure libsodium.so and libzmq.so are in /usr/local/lib
